Gear Box Pro Ltd. Product Return Policy
General Terms
All products sold by Gear Box Pro Ltd. are new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and technical specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped FOB (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. If shipping damage occurs, customers should file a claim with their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong or missing items, should be reported to Gear Box Pro Ltd. within 24 hours. All missing items will be shipped the following business day.
Ordering your purchase online from Gear Box Pro Ltd. acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
Gear Box Pro Ltd. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email at sales@gearboxpro.com or call and leave a message at 905-702-8664 or 1-877-789-5774 within 15 days of the shipment date to receive authorization (an RMA number) and return instructions. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. All items returned must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging and have the RMA number on a copy of the original invoice. Products must be shipped back to Gear Box Pro Ltd. at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be properly insured by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility if the return shipment is lost by the shipping company. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Customer shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items lost or damaged will be non-refundable.
RE-STOCKING FEES
There is a 25% restocking fee on returned products.
SHIPPING FEES
In the event of an authorized product return, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the invoice amount, in addition to the restocking charge.

Authorized returns must have a copy of invoice enclosed with the RMA number obtained from our customer service department, clearly marked on a copy of the invoice and on all shipping documents.
Credit Verification
Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of Gear Box Pro Ltd. If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records, your order may be delayed or held prior to processing. If your order has been held, Gear Box Pro Ltd. Customer Service will contact you and provide you with instructions. Failure to reply or meet the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Back Orders
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock” on our website. Back ordered product(s) will be sent out within 1 day of stock being received. Out of stock items are usually replenished within ten business days. If there is a supply chain issue, we will communicate to you an estimated delivery time for you to consider your order status.
International Shipments
If you are an international customer and a back order situation arises, product will be held until all ordered items can be shipped together. If a back order situation arises, we will make every effort to notify you either by phone or email with regard to the status of your order.
Your credit card is processed at the time of the order. This policy is designed to help protect our customers and business against credit card fraud.
