Gear Box Pro Ltd. was formed by President and CEO & CTO, Mr. John P. Adams.  With over 40 years of experience in the professional audio industry, his background includes concert production, equipment sales, installation, service, custom manufacturing, and prototype development.  Gear Box Pro is dedicated to producing products that will exceed your expectations. They are physically built like a TANK for that road warrior durability.

In the last number of years, while designing concert touring systems, Adams discovered that interconnection devices that would simplify the assembly actually didn’t exist.  All audio distribution was custom-made, usually in-house, by each touring company.  Often these custom adaptor cables are built out of polarity, causing significant problems with the uniform wave front of sound systems.  Understanding the significance of correct polarity to ensure proper phasing and the highest quality sound, Adams was motivated to design and produce cable adaptor products that would allow audio technicians to have a polarity correct device available to them as a plug and play solution.

Cable Cube® products were created to make the technician’s job easier.  By utilizing Gear Box products, sound technicians save time on set ups and have expanded their creativity in pre-show designs. Technicians currently using Cable Cube® products confirm that the products save set up time and provide instant solutions as cable routing challenges arise.  The convenience of easily customizing their distribution needs has enhanced how technicians serve their customers.
